I will never bring an animal here again. The female veterinarian is blatantly incompetent. Tried to convince me that my CLEARLY sick kitten was "just fine" and treated me like an idiot. The male veterinarian was very nice and finally treated my cat with a triple antibiotic regimen. They sold me 10 days of antibiotics, but I ran out on day 5. Apparently someone did their math incorrectly when reconstituting. Rather than admit their mistake, they treated me like I was trying to scam them for free medicine and charged me to replace it. So I paid twice to bring the cat in for the same issue and twice for the medication. What a joke.
We LOVE going to Peake Brook, we take our two poodles here and they love Dr. Gwenn and Dr. Nystrom and all the staff!
The office is extremely clean, and they are so gentle and loving with our boys.

Dr Gwenn and her team always take such good care of my fur babies. Currently Angel & Nugget. And I unfortunately don't have have the easiest fur child. 1 is difficult and the other is a piece of cake but is getting old with lots of medical issues now we are working though ❤️. They have been very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We can't thank them enough.
All the staff go above and beyond for their patients. They show compassion and professionalism in every circumstance. We have brought multiple different pets to the practice to be seen, and each one has received exceptional care. Recently the staff went above and beyond for one of our pets for a surgery. I would recommend Peake Brook Vet to anyone looking for a new veterinarian.
I was able to get an appointment quickly when I called. However, when we came for the appointment, we waited 35+ minutes until the Dr. finally came in to see us. Although, they were very friendly. I was just happy to get my little guy seen.
